First installation of HSBB was not going so well. Due to the delay initially, the installation process still run on up till 10.15pm last night. Someone from the Account Management team needed to standby last night, and that was me. Process take over till night though, the installation is still cannot be completed. ONU failed to be configured the one supplied is different from what the team is given for the training. Customer was updated pertaining the Return Order and Re-Appt. appx. at 10.25PM. Luckily that LRT is still there at the moment I arrived. It was quite a challenging day but wort it due to OT.
